How the score works

Start at 100, subtract for risk signals. Hosting/datacenter flags, known cloud ASNs (AWS, Google, Azure, DigitalOcean, Vultr, OVH, Hetzner and 50+ more), proxy/VPN/Tor listings, and databases that disagree on the country all lower the score.

Two independent databases. Every lookup is cross-checked with ip-api.com and ipwho.is, so one stale record does not decide the verdict.

Leak checks run only in your browser. WebRTC, timezone and language checks never leave your device. We do not store IPs or results.

Why it matters. Sites, payment providers and streaming services treat datacenter IPs as high-risk. If you pay for a "residential" proxy or VPS, this tells you in one glance whether it really looks residential.
